Yesterday morning, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) held a briefing in Capitol Hill’s Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, DC. The briefing sought to highlight the progression of the relationship between the Arab American and Muslim American communities and law enforcement over the decade since September 11, 2001. Russ Feingold, Democrat of Wisconsin. Numerous incidents throughout American history have taught us that racial profiling not only fails as a law enforcement tool but ultimately makes us all less safe. Passage of ERPA would be an important step toward ending racial profiling.
