WATCH: Senator Cardin Speaks About the End Racial Profiling Act and New RWG Report

Senator Ben Cardin speaks at a RWG press event announcing the release of the 2011 report, "Reclaiming our Rights: Reflections on Racial Profiling in a Post-9/11 America." Senator Cardin spoke about the expansion of racial profiling since 9/11 and contributed to the report with an essay entitled, "Congress Should Prohibit Racial Profiling by Law Enforcement Agencies." He plans to introduce the End Racial Profiling Act in the coming weeks. Represenative John Conyers and Laura Murphy, Director of the ACLU, also contributed to the report and spoke at the event.
